The Time is Now

I'll have time for love some day,
When the bills are paid
And my life is back on track.
I'll have time to listen some day.
I'll make up for the things I'm missing,
I'll let love in.

And the quiet voice is hard to hear,
The voice that says, "The time is here."
It's whispered from the start,

"Let go, child,
The time is now.
Let go, child."

I will make my fortune some day,
My life will change,
I'll turn it all around.
I will write my story some day.
I'll live to see my time of glory,
I'll find myself.

And the quiet voice is hard to hear,
The voice that says, "The time is here."
It's whispered from the start,

"Let go, child,
The time is now.
Let go, child."

Some day we'll call these our good old days.
We rush to get them over and done.
There'll be time to long for them
After they're gone.

And the quiet voice will still be there,
Whispering, "The time is here,"
It's been there from the start,

"Let go, child,
The time is now.
Let go, child.

Let go and let me
Touch your heart.
Let go and let me
Touch your heart."
